1. Overview

At OEMParts USA, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality OEM parts for your vehicle. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process. This policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
  • Return must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • The product must include all original parts, labels, manuals, and accessories.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Electrical parts (due to testing limitations)
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Custom orders or special request items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

    Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions from our customer support team.
  3. Pack the item securely and include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice.
  4. Ship the item to the address we provide (do not send returns without authorization).

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. OEMParts USA is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

5. Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund for returned items, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Shipping fees and restocking charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, email us at gooleaning@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue.


8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Send clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will provide instructions and cover return shipping for such cases.
